Molly is the Development Coordinator for Volunteers for Outdoor Colorado. She is responsible for managing VOC’s CRM database, supporting grant administration and in-kind programs, assisting with the Board administration, and providing support for events. She has a personal passion for the ways that volunteerism can spark joy and connection in our community, and a great love for using our natural world as a way to learn and grow. Her strengths in empathy, connection, and ideation, as well as her talent in project management, make her a strong leader who not only thinks of the bigger picture but also can elevate relationships to provide opportunities for her community members.
Prior to working at VOC, Molly worked as the Engagement Project Coordinator for Girl Scouts River Valleys, where she helped to coordinate volunteer events, appreciation, and rewards for Girl Scouts, organized delivery logistics with partners, and managed the restructuring of River Valleys’ online volunteer community. She also has 7 years’ experience working with various art nonprofits supporting community engagement with the arts, as well as experience managing an endowment center providing scholarships to college students. Molly graduated from University of Wisconsin Milwaukee in 2020 with a BFA in Art Education, a minor in Art History, and a certificate in Art Integration.
