Elise Martinez

Programs Manager

9Elise Martinez is the Programs Manager for Volunteers for Outdoor Colorado (VOC). She is responsible for coordinating and delivering VOC’s strategic engagement programs including Healthy Community Projects, youth and family programming, Corporate SWATs (Stewardship with a Team), and various public volunteer projects. Her energetic nature and keen eye for detail makes her an effective communicator with audiences from all ages and backgrounds.  

Prior to joining VOC in February 2022, Elise has worked with a variety of local organizations including the Rocky Mountain Conservancy Field Institute, Colorado Parks & Wildlife, the Urban Land Institute, and most recently at the High Line Canal Conservancy where she led volunteer, recreational, and community engagement programs. She holds dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Environmental Studies and Sociology from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
